The enemy has just created writen layout plans for a new weapon that will allow the enemy infantry to elemanate the need of gun powder and bullits in the weapon. Their scientist have found a way to direct electricity in any direction. The gun will have a range of over one mile and it is dead accurate and can theoreticly kill a man in an instent. Because the gun does not use a projectile to kill even the best body armor will be totally inaffective. This weapon is a large threat to the USA.
