While on a mission to support American troops in Iraq, a United States Naval F-16 developed a problem with its navigation system and accidentally strayed into Iranian airspace. Iranian anti-aircraft batteries on a remote island there suceeded in shooting this F-16 down. The pilot ejected safely, but was captured by the Iranian Army on the island and is being held in a prison there. U.S. and allied forces have been unable to rescue the pilot due to the anti-aircraft guns. Delta 5-1, you are being flown in by Blackhawk chopper to a US Navy support fleet at anchor about five miles from the island. You are to board a Navy SEAL patrol boat and be inserted on the island. Your main mission is to rescue the captured pilot and move to the exfil point.
