Delta has a confirmed position on a facility in a remote, mountanous region of the country. Based on information that we have gathered from your previous operations in the area, we know that this facility is a major waypoint for smuggling activities in the region. Satellite surveillance also suggests that the smugglers may have recently received large shipments of stolen Soviet weapons and equipment, which may or may not include chemical WMD materials. If these WMDs do indeed exist, we cannot allow them to be resold or used against military personnel or civilians. It is essential that Delta operatives move into the base, confirm the existence and placement of the WMD materials, and destroy them. It is also essential that we gather additional information on the source of these weapons, the man referred to as the 'Desert Rat.' Given the extremely remote location, the criminals seem to be relying on secrecy rather than heavy defenses, and this represents our single best chance to identify and destroy these weapons before they can be moved again.
Mission:
Confirm and destroy any chemical WMD materials in the smugglers base and find information about the 'Desert Rat.'
Additional Info:
- This is a reworked version of the third DFX 2 single player mission, Cloak and Dagger from the Monsoon Alley campaign adapted for the AW2 mod. Adjustments include revised text and dialogue, tweaked enemy accuracy, and slight changes to scripted events. The original mission was already solid, so only minimal changes were needed. Can be played solo or in coop mode.
More campaign missions are planned to be reworked in the future.
OPORD 03-05 OPERATION: SMUGGLERS VEIL DATE/TIME: 172330 MARCH 05
1) Situation
Intelligence reports indicate that rebels are using an old ruins site to store weapons and stolen goods, which are being distributed to affiliated cells in the area. A nearby village is suspected of being a staging point for insurgent activities and supporting their operations. Enemy patrols have been spotted moving through the surrounding jungle and along routes connecting both locations.
• Weather: Dark, foggy and misty with limited visibility.
• Terrain: Dense, swampy jungle with interconnected river systems and heavy vegetation.
• Enemy: Unknown. Estimated 100-150 rebel militants equipped with small arms and .50 caliber weapon emplacements.
• Friendly: Possible civilian noncombatants or potential hostages.
2) Mission
• Who: Bravo Team, 160th SOAR.
• What: Link up at rally point, neutralize arms cache, clear hostiles from village, exfiltrate.
• When: Immediately.
3) Execution
• Command's Intent: Disrupt enemy supply routes and weaken their presence in this sector.
• Concept of Operation: Conduct waterborne insertion via Zodiac, rendezvous with friendly elements at a forward position, then advance together to destroy the weapon stockpiles located at the ruins complex. Continue with a clearing operation in the adjacent area. Once the objectives are complete, proceed to the extraction point for pickup by Black Widow.
4) Service and Support
Basic Load: M4A1, M9 Beretta, Satchel Charges, Night Vision Goggles.
Known Issues:
- This map may not be compatible with some mods and will not function properly due to memory allocation issues.
- Friendly AI may occasionally get stuck around structures. Stay close to them to ensure they follow and engage properly with the mission events.
Additional Notes:
- This is a single-player map adaptation of Snake River Ruins, designed to offer the closest thing to a single-player experience in Joint Ops. Inspired by the mission formats of Delta Force: Black Hawk Down and Delta Force Extreme games, it features dynamic events, immersive dialogue, and music tracks. It was carefully crafted to capture the essence of Novalogic's single-player experience and is intended to be played with the vanilla game.
- IMPORTANT: Due to the large mission size, the map could not be uploaded directly to NovaHQ. Please check the included url file inside the zip for the external download link.
A C-130 transport aircraft carrying chemical weapons has crashed deep inside rebel-controlled territory. The wreckage is believed to be near a remote village suspected of aiding insurgent activities. Your mission is to reach the crash site, secure the area, and locate the cargo before it falls into enemy hands. If neither the weapons nor any surviving crew members are found, search the village for any possible information that might reveal their whereabouts. A forward camp has been established nearby to support the operation providing ATV's to assist in your search. Once you've located and secured the weapons, a cleanup team will be dispatched to handle their dismantling and disposal.
Mission Objective:
• Get to the crash site, locate any survivors, and secure the chemical weapons.
Notes:
- Enemy patrols are active throughout the area - stay alert.
- Use caution around the chemical weapons - they are highly volatile. If too many are destroyed, the mission will result in failure!
- If you are low on health, some armories can be used to restore health.
Known Issues:
• Due to memory allocation limitations, some mods may not be compatible with this map.
• Armories do not properly restore health in single-player.
- If you have any feedback or encounter any problems, please let me know.
At the request of local government, Delta has been dispatched to a small fishing village in the Chao Praya region, where a ruthless cartel of drug smugglers have displaced the residents of the village and are using the area to run their regional distribution. Local law enforcement has been completely overwhelmed by the smugglers' superior firepower, which is too sophisticated to have come from local sources. The destruction of these smugglers will not only build good will in the region, but should also help us identify the larger organizations with which they do business.
Mission:
Eliminate the drug smugglers from the village and destroy their weapons stockpile.
Execution:
First, approach the village and completely eliminate the enemy presence in the village. Search the village thoroughly for information on where their complete weapons stockpile is located. Once located, destroy the stockpile and any criminals in the area.
Additional Info:
This is a 'remaster' of the first mission from the Delta Force: Xtreme 2 campaign made by Denene Slattery, reworked almost entirely to be playable in the Advanced Warfare 2 mod. Changes include improved environmental detail, an increased enemy count, new patrols, adjusted difficulty, revised dialogue, and a complete restructuring of scripted events. The main objectives and layout remain faithful to the original. Can be played solo or in coop.
More campaign missions are planned to be remade in the future.
If you run into any issues, please let me know.

original description:
A rebel force is occupying New Phoenix City. You and your team must clear through and liberate the city, killing the commander and eliminating their weapons caches. *6/21/2025 updated map*
Surveillance reports confirm the rebels have established a fully operational airbase deep within contested territory, maintaining aircraft, stockpiling weapons and supplies, and operating a highly advanced communications hub. Command has authorized the destruction of these assets to cripple enemy logistics. First, destroy the communications equipment at Target Alpha to disrupt coordination and delay reinforcements, then move quickly to eliminate the aircraft and any stored caches. Once the assault begins, expect heavy resistance; a sniper will provide overwatch as you move in. After clearing the area, prepare to hold the base against a counterattack until our reinforcements arrive. The enemy is unlikely to give up without a fight.
Mission Objectives:
1. Destroy the communications equipment at Target Alpha to delay enemy reinforcements.
2. Move in on the airbase and destroy all the aircraft and supply caches on-site.
3. Hold the perimeter against any potential enemy counterattacks until our reinforcements arrive.
Notes:
- Satchel charges are required for destroying the targets.
- Once you are at the airfield, a sniper will move in to provide overwatch.
- If you are low on health, some armories can be used to restore health. (These are marked with the medkit icon on the map)
Known Issues:
• Some mods may be incompatible with this map due to memory allocation issues. For the best possible experience it is recommended that is played with the vanilla game.
• Armories do not properly restore health in single-player.
Additional Notes:
If you have any feedback or encounter any problems, please let me know.
• Update: 17.09.2025
- Changed, replaced, and removed some objects to improve game memory allocation.
- Changed how some events are triggered.
- Various tweaks related to enemy combat performance.

Humanity stands at the edge of annihilation. The undead have overrun most of the world, and Kecoa Crossroads might be the last chance to hold them back. There are no more factions. Joint Ops, Rebel fighters, and Cartel gunmen now fight as brothers-in-arms. Past grudges mean nothing when the only future left is survival. Local intelligence confirms an overwhelming horde is moving straight through this sector, threatening to wipe us out completely. If this position falls, so does any hope of survival. Command has gone dark. Communications are offline and with no way to coordinate reinforcements or request extraction, we are on our own. This is our last stand. The technicians are our only chance at restoring the communication equipment back online. Once the distress signal is sent we’ll finally have a chance to escape. Until then, we fight. We stand. We survive - because if we don’t, there will be nothing left to save...
Mission Objectives:
1. Prevent the undead from breaching the base.
2. Defend the technicians while they fix the communications equipment.
Notes:
- Survivors report that some undead may be capable of using weapons and even vehicles. Stay alert and be ready for anything.
- If you are low on health, you can use the armory in the main building to recover.
Additional Notes:
- This map is an adaptation of Kecoa Crossroads originally designed by Dana Dispenza. Inspired by the 'Base Defense' training mission, it has been reworked into a coop map where you fight against a relentless undead enemy force.
If you run into any issues or have suggestions, please let me know.
Update Changelog:
• Update: 06.08.2025
- Fixed various memory allocation issues that could cause crashes or instability. The map should now run more smoothly.
- Minor tweaks and corrections to dialogue and mission text.
- Updated loading screen.
- Added a custom soundtrack that plays at different points during the mission. (Note: In co-op mode, the music will only be heard by players who have the same files installed.)
Intelligence reports confirm that rebel forces have entrenched themselves in the Two Dragons Gorge River Valley, using a village warehouse to stockpile weapons and an outpost to maintain their technicals. They have also fortified a nearby stronghold to coordinate their operations. Your mission is to locate and destroy these assets before they can be relocated. Once objectives are complete, advance on the fort, secure the area, and hold until the extraction team arrives.
Mission Objectives:
1. Destroy the technicals at Target Alpha and clear out enemy resistance.
2. Locate and destroy the weapons cache in the village.
3. Secure the fort and hold the perimeter against potential enemy counterattacks until the extraction team arrives.
Notes:
- Enemy patrols are active throughout the area - stay alert.
- Satchel charges are required for destroying the targets.
- If you are low on health, you can use the armories to recover.
Known Issues:
• Some mods may be incompatible with this map due to memory allocation issues.
• Armories do not properly restore health in single-player.
Additional notes:
- I hope you enjoy my first Joint Ops custom map! I put in a lot of effort to recreate the feel of NovaLogic’s original coop/single player missions. As I mentioned above, some mods such as AW2 and IC may not work with this map due to excessive object placement which can cause crashes or simply not to load up. For the best possible experience it is recommended that is played with the vanilla game if you have the Escalation expansion. If you run into any other problems or have suggestions, please let me know.

Welcome to BFE people! We have lost a chopper out here with four hostages that we must rescue. One of the hostages is a traitor but we will deal with that later. The chopper will insert you into a very heavily fortified hot zone. We must clear the three chain guns so the rescue chopper can land. On each chain gun is a tech box that will disable them. While you are having fun with the chain guns we will have tanks to the south to keep the bad guys from escaping. Make sure all red dots are taken out and get those hostages back. THANKS AMP-OF GWL FOR YOUR HELP!!!!
Le_Seige | SnapDragon | Joint Ops: International Conflict -- SINGLE PLAYER / COOP
Intel tells us there is a valley with chemicals being stored in it. We are to clear out the valley and take out the chemical storage. While we are there, we have to take out the man responsible for all of this. Someone has betrayed us, find him first to ensure our mission is a success. Get everyone on chopper, then shoot traitor in tower to lift off. DO NOT SHOOT ANY OF THE CHOPPER CREW! Reinforcements will be available as you get to Charlie. Good luck! You wil be inserted by stryker to a pickup zone then a blackhawk will take your unit to a plateau, set up base camp read (I) Good luck ladys enjoy!!
Mappers Evolution | SnapDragon | Joint Ops: International Conflict -- SINGLE PLAYER / COOP
This map is to show the evolution of maps over the last couple of years. It starts out mellow and progresses to an unreasonable level. Showing that maps have not been made to be as enjoyable as they should be, or have been previously. As mappers, we have the choice on how we would like to represent ourselves in our map making. Hopefully we can find them reasonable again, keeping JO alive and thriving with enjoyable gameplay and happy players. In this map however you should expect anywhere from 30-56 deaths. With use of all weapons at your disposal, in the proper manner, your deaths should decrease. Please take this map as it was intended and understand my point. More of my usual maps to follow.
