I'm gonna be honest. I can do 50 pressups quarter-way to the ground only. Now I can suss out 10 right down to my stomach/near my stomach without any struggle.

This is gettin' good for me...

Chris

lol... push-ups are great as long as you switch them up and do different variations. Try close-grip and wide-grip pushups to work your triceps and the length of your chest.

My Chinese friend could do clap pressups, no !@#$. And he could do ones with only one hand (but struggled a bit after a while).

Now I just did 10 wide ones like how you said, and it was easy. The close ones were effin' hard. Couldn't even get down to my stomach. Although I went half-way down.

BTW, something that's good is to get into a pressup position and hold for at least a minute or so. That's kinda hard for me TBH, but I can do it in a minute.

Chris

I've never been keen on push-ups, but I've always loved sit-ups, just hard getting my feet to stay down, nothing to hold them on to, helped me when I was a little overweight a few years back.

Speaking about sit-ups, my brother had to get me to stand on his feet so he could do them properly lol, whereas I can do it myself...

Well I have a knee injury and the only shoes I had until today was heavy workshoes, steel plate in part of the sole and steel toe cap

Thats what they look like and they are defenetly not made for running (barley for walking haha). You can cope with 2km. I've done 7km with them but I had blisters on my blisters haha. They are however the best workshoes I've used (used plenty of different brands and models)

Bought me some running shoes today, with damping both front and back so I hope that will minimize the stress on my knees, it felt like i was walking on clouds compared to those on the pic. So I will hopefully atleast get some running done! I'm more of a bike person though, both off and on road. And on icy roads too ofcourse
