1. Get them to protection, I think they will have a good chance of survival

2. Because he needs die... why should we (or who ever) pay for his up keep, concidering what he is charged of doing.

3. Probably stir up some more violence. Hopefully it will help the people against him to step up to the plate more. Maybe in their fury the suicide bombers will make some major mistakes, allowing the US/Iraq soldiers catch them before they do any harm.
