How do I use the utilities

I have downloaded "Multi Delete xp, Map Manager xp, and Host Editor xp" for Delta Force Dagger but there is nothing at all to say how to use them, can sombody please help

it is kinda difficult for me to explain, the best thing I can say is that:

Just start the game first.

Then open that tool or utility that you want to use.

Then host your own server, don't let anyone join.

Then start testing the tool, see what are the effects.

But this doesn't work for all the tools, it only helps you with something like the host editor or the name editor.
