Operation Queen Bee - I'm Stuck!

I'm at the end of "Operation Queen Bee" and have captured the leader and eliminated all hostiles, checked and re-checked every room in the two buildings but the mission won't end. I've run over the grounds and looked everywhere for a hostile that I may have missed but no luck.

What am I missing? I seem to have completed the objectives for this mission but my partner just stands in one place and it doesn't end.

The leader of an organization called the "APG" is in his mountain stronghold which consists of two buildings with a wall around it, open on one side. His name is Amun. My mission is to capture him alive and secure the area for his extraction by helicopter. The scenery is hilly with snow and grass, the main building has an upstairs and downstairs and garage filled with crates.

The maddening thing is that I solved this before. The only reason I have to get past it again is that I removed a character name from the main screen (the list on the left with open positions), not realizing that all of my progress to date went along with it. So I have to re-work these missions in the campaign to get back to where I was. Fortunately I remember most of the tricks of the other ones, its just this one that I can't recall how I solved. I have a feeling that someone is alive somewhere.

try it with enemy positions showing on the radar thing lol, but cover it up until u think u have killed everyone then check

Thanks. With the radar turned on, it shows everybody except the leader dead (he's supposed to be captured alive). While you're checking, I'll try the mission over to make sure its not just a glitch.

I ran the mission from the beginning and won it before all of the hostiles were dead. Oh well, at least i can move on. Thanks for offerring to help!

I think in that one you just have to be near to the boss man for a few seconds before the game picks up what has happened.

Well, actually, I think I know what happened. Often when you "win" the game, not everything is fnished in the mission. For instance, there may be a building I haven't explored or some bad guys that are still alive and need to be shot (I can't help myself).

If you save the game AFTER the Win announcement and then go back later and reload it at that point (forgetting that you have already won it), you will never see a Win announcement again and the game won't end.

I was trying to rush through these missions because I had already won them in the past but lost all of my progress when I changed the name of my identity. So I reloaded the last save of each mission (trying to just get to the end fast and catch up to where I had been) In some cases, those saves were after the win announcement and thus the game wouldn't end.
