Saints Row 2 running slow as hell!!!!!

I am very angry with those who ported this game to pc. When i play the game i feel like i am reading a storybook. The FPS are too low. It was under 5 FPS. I have 2 gb ram and nvidia gtx 260 and it should be running at ultra setts. But forget the ultra setts it am unable to play even at lowest setts. Very poor optimisation. I WILL RATE THE DEVELOPERS 0 OUT OF 1000000000000
