DFXMED over rides do nothing

I made a new map people like but for some reason it will never go daylight.
I have set day as nice, set time for 12:00 hours to 15:00 and so on and it never changes.
DO I have to delete the map I finally finished and start over or the over rides in DFXmed are just for looks?
