Is there any other med? Something like nile on joint ops, etc...?

Nope, only various unlocked meds - all basically the same, only difference is some show more objects and sort the items differently.

Make sure to read the read me file included in the zip file.

The objects can only be used if you, or the players of your map have the mod.

if you make a map using shocknawe objects from the shocknawe mod, the map can only be played on servers that run shocknawe, and played only by people who have the shocknawe mod.
