My friend's mom used to have one. It helped her lose the smoking habit somehow. Not too sure how as it still has Nicotine, but it was recommended to her by her doctor.

theres a few products out there available by rx .. like nicitrol

but nicotine replacement therapies are becoming a thing of the past .. theres a new drug being put out by pfizer pharmaceuticals called Chantix .. it blocks the nicotine receptors in the brain, so basically you wont have the urge to smoke and when you do smoke while your own it .. it just wont really be that pleasing

but the thing is you have to want to quit smoking .. or none of these things will work .. thats while the failure rate is so high for all these products put out there

I dunno how an e-cigarette would stop the cravings, but for a smoker to switch to an e-cigarette, it wouldn't even matter anyways, since there's pretty much only nioctine in that ciggie, so it won't really harm you anyway. If you wanted to stop smoking tobacco/nicotine altogether, I've no idea what's the best solution.

But really to quit smoking, you gotta set a date for that last ciggie, and stick to the promise. I've never smoked before (and I ever won't), but I do know that stopping's really really extremely hard. That's obviously why people still smoke despite knowing all the bad effects it has... Like on those packets how they put those graphic images...

My dad smokes, my nan smokes, my ex used to and quite a few people I hang around with do as well. Apart from being damaging to your health, its just not very nice to be around while someone is puffing smoke all around you. I'm on a crusade to stop people smoking one by one

my younger brother after he broke up with his wife (she left him) he started back to smoking again!

but i smoke now like 6-10 cigarette's a day

i would go after E-cigarette only if it was cheaper like a carton of cigarette, but not more then 25.00 for it. darn thing cost like over USD-75.00

These work even with nicotine because most people (like myself) were not as addicted to the nicotine as the actual feeling of somthing going into my lungs.

I quit in Nov 2007 with the help of Chantix. I probably could have done it without that drug (it just takes dedication). However, the extremly vivid dreams I had on that drug made me want to continue taking it. Every single night I was on that drug was like a movie, I couldn't wait to go to sleep.

sad the replacement cartridges for it don't come in zero level nicotine.

i try the use pills and seem i would start to thinking of people! what they was saying about behind my back! mind was running away trash them pills. there was no limit who they was ether family or people who i known for years some hateful things i said to them to. over a week of this i was what was i thinking these people are really nice, i trash the pills at that point.
