Are you asking on how to upload a video? Go register at a site like youtube.com and click the Upload and follow the instructions shown.

Where's the link????
I've taken the excess "Stuff" out of the Page to reduce the size of the file. Now the file size is much smaller, and easier to load for viewing. That's the reason I was asking to up-load the smaller file to post.

basic you go to youtube.com and upload your flash video file there, then after you uploaded it there a new page will come up with a url address you can use in other forums so other can go watch it there at youtube.com
you would need to open a account there its totally free. they don't like other to upload copy right items without the authors ok to do so, but as long you made it be ok you can upload all type of video file type there.
