I would have the US flag smoothened, get a decent black border, and move the text up a few pixels till you can actually see it. Expiriment with layers too BTW. And use some tuts...

rgr that i was gonna move it up but i saved it as JPG and closed CS3 and forgot to change it and it wouldn't let me fix it so i was like ehh o well but thanks for the tips Chris
