My beta still doesn't work (i got more info here)

My beta still doesn't work i have it installed i also have directx 8.1 installed my time is set on time to (gmt-500)eastern time canada & us)
And my date is set before the 16th why doesn't it still work?
I get this grey window and it tells me I am running this game on windows XP proffesional. What can i do to fix this problem?

Without access to your system it is impossible to say.
I would uninstall it and check the date on your BIOS too, not just Windows.
Make sure you check the year.

My gut feeling is that an uninstall wont cut it as this is a time limited offer so nova will have a hidden file somewhere that gives the program the information (in your case the wrong information) otherwise we would all just roll our PC clocks back to continue playing.

Try uninstalling the programme and checking your BIOS time date and year settings as well as your windows settings. Yes check the year also and when you are absolutley sure re-install and see what happens.

If it doesn't work then its probably tough luck as a patch to work around the problem wont be released by amatuer coders or Nova because its a beta so no time for amatuers to come up with anything and no tech support from Nova.
