Killerbeee is a hero to me, he is in a spot and my dad was in Ar Ramadi, it is horrible over there. And anyone who says they have killed someone and is happy about it obvisouly hasn't You change when you get over there it finally hits you that it is real life.

People come back changed and scared of the simplest things.

taken me 22yrs to get over the feel of it all. some time it creep back in nightmares once in a blue moon now days.

my family was scare of me for a long time, my brother use to say you scare me way you talk and act around home. after i got out of the service had a job as will co-workers would not talk with me much ether. i was mad at the whole world as hell like i had the devil in me. i would jump on the smallest things as will.

its not a game people play online it scary and shocking to live it all real life. all type of people get kill in war zone from: men, women, baby's, and kids a body will start to look same all bloated larger then life and bombs/fire fights going off. its totally no fun to be in.

My dad wakes up with nightmaresi n the middle of the night. He can not be in crowded areas and has me dirving everywhere. He is retiring being a cop he never wants to hold a gun again. He is so calm but man can he be mean if you push it.

he has major PTSD (Post Traumatic- Stress disorder)
has a wedge in his elbow and stuff. He has to work around the house all day just to get things off his mind.

i understand all that and can in some ways relate to it.

i hate going shopping or going to the hospital too many people around in these location. get on my nerve a lot.

i have not been to a movie theater's in 14yrs gave up, i have to go outside and smoke a cigarette to relax, i can only be in the theater's for say 20-30min. same thing going to a store.

on the other hand i can go to a bar have some drinks relax with say 8 people in there more get to me some what.

not trying to out do your father! only saying i know the feeling he going throe is all. it will take a long time a very long time to get over it. time being it maybe a Id to let him have a lot of space and try to fill the empty space watch a movie DVD that don't have any combat theme to get, funny humor movies are the best thing.

time being don't give up on him! he needs all your family love to help him get better. without it he feel lost. a lot of care and hug will help him a lot. if your mother still around she need to give it to him a lot more (love) then ever in the pass to bring him back.
