a lot of newer cars will have GPS build right into them some have already been release to the public, as will cellphones have them build right into them so the police or law enforcement can locate them faster when they are in trouble on the road or outdoors like in hunting trips.

think buying a GPS unit is a waste of money DD, but hey its your money personnaly buy something for your family would be better then a GPS unit can gave fun time out some place. rent a GPS see what it all about before buying one be better.

to rent a GPS unit check around some boat shop or boat repair location most have GPS units to rent as will selling them. some are portable units as will build into the boats

When it comes to phones (cells) its usuallt a matter of triangulating the signal from the cell using the tele masts rather then using satnav. You often have to buy a GPS and connect it to the phone to use it. Some more expensive and advanced (often have a windows like OS) cells have bult in GPS units.

Nice sat, and cheap!

Anything which has chip and generates signal outwards or inwards can be traced. The only reason I want to get is to checkout new ways to get home through back rounds when some guy decided to rare end state's motorist assistant people. Been going on a lot here. Oh! and during summer find new places on the go to BBQ.

Cars with GPS are way over priced and so is the software for PDAs and Cellphone.

I'll prolly wait till Xmas hoping price might go down a little more.
