1and1.com

Right now I am paying roughly $50 a month to host files for novahq because my 8/2mb cable does not have the speed to serve lots of files quickly along with the webpage.. anyways I always see ad's in pcmag about 1and1.com hosting... looks cheap, $7.49.mo for

3 domain names
100 GB web space
2,000 e-mail accounts
1,000 GB traffic

That's defiantly enough to host files. So I figure why not.. Ordered the package and wait.. nothing. contacted support, they said were sorry we cannot find your account.. My resolution: GoDaddy.com. Up and running in 10 minutes. I don't know why I even bother with anyone else.

Dear Customer

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, the domain mentioned cannot be pulled up in our system, if you have sign up for a 1and1 package, you will be recieving the necessary details of the package that you have signed up, the order might still be in our Authentication department.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

It's been 3 days and I have no email with any information and I still cannot login to 1and1.com with any of the 4 domain names I supposidly registered at 1and1.com. I saw the $6 auth charge on my credit card from 1and1 but nothing else. I suppose it got lost in your auth dept.

No problem tho, I have registered my 4 domain names and hosting account at godaddy. Up and running in 10 minutes.

Thanks

Scott L.
