Farmer tech-support call

a farmer decides he needs a Gateway Computer system to run his farm. while setting it up he runs into some trouble so he call the Gateway MFG Tech support team up 1-800-846-2300, after 20min on the telephone waiting to talk to a real live computer tech guy, he finally got a male tech on the telephone. a man at the gateway support team asker the telephone say: may i help you, need name, address serial number of the computer and a e-mail address if you have one to use............farmer waited 2min to think what he has to do, OK he tell everything he needs to know but the serial he did not know were it was located so he ask were on the tin box is the serial number the tech-support reply on the rear of the tower sir, he turn the tower around finds a set of number reads them off to him, after 10min trying to get the right number to the tech support man, the tech support guy and what seem to be the trouble sir? so the farmer explains to him what is going on.........so the tech-support guy start to rattling off computer jargon, this confuses the farmer even more...farmer reply sir in a nice way he says politely "can you explain what i should do as if i were a small child?" Okay. "The computer support guys; "Son could you please put your mommy on the phone please"
