one has to be watchfully when buying a web-cam or a camera thats plug-in to one system.

bad-you have a TV-card PCI added to the system, get around this is only one of two option.
A> add a VCR to the system. Web-cam with Video and audio hookup.
Cable>VCR>TV-Card.

B>remove the TV-Card totally from the system.

Webcam USB with a Tv-card you will only see the Tv-card channels, not a real option when using a webcam. so add a VCR to the system be better get around this.

you may have to look at what your buying to see if it has a cable to plug-in VCR or it only USB then it be no good using with a TV-Card PCI
