I am back.
Been settling my ex- problems, and he is to stay away from me at all times.

I also Have been controlling my drinking, and I drink every other day or so. Lately nothing HUGE like usual, Erm I had some Southern Comfort to drink, and then went for the liter stuff like Mike Hard Lemond etc...

No more stolichnaya for me, atleast once a month I will have some though.


Well has everyone been tonight? installed a DVD Burner, and now going to clean up my pc and delete unwanted things and games etc..

you don't need the alcohol at all, walk away from it totally or drink cola soft drinks.

don't be like me one day find your self coughing up blood it not funny and scary as hell, after that point i walk away totally from alcohol i be lucky if i have any alcohol in 8yrs now.

i do buy some [a pint] but it get more dust then i get on me to say. it age good too.

i what you may call a heavy drinker type a 1/2 to a whole gal of whiskey a day with cola cola as a chaser.

1 full glass of whiskey 16oz chase down with a 1/3 2oz a class cola. it gave me some health trouble, but i ok now days heal from them.

think if i was not scare out of it! [bleeding and coughing up] i be dead to day. i was feeling really down and out some times i wish i was dead in the service. it was getting to me really bad.

it best get some one talk to so get it off your chest as to say or get the monkey off your back.

Pixie you need some one to talk to i'm here and you have my cell number too.

yea chief i had a m8 who started coughing up blood wenever we went out drinkin, took 3 of us to force him to a doctors. (obviously we all knew what was wrong with him but wanted the doctor to show him stuff that would really put him off drink) hehe.

I have caoughed up blood in past from my drinking. But I don't like going to doctors or taking meds so I have never taking any meds for anything. I still havent gone But its been 3 months since then also and nothing yet.

yea im the same chels... i HATE doctors, hospitals and medicine with a passion. i really need to go coz im only 18 and i've had loadsa problems with my joints and back for the past 2 years. also think i mite need glasses now coz i seem to get headaches every day and i think thats from straining my eyes and neck pains.

i'd rather find my own natural way of curing these problems
