steps
* try learning css
* get rid of useless code such as

"<'!'-- End ImageReady Slices --'>"

and

"&'nbsp;"

* Try to make your site Without using photoshop slices (it's bad for coding)
* Get the Code perfect so it's valid (www.w3schools.com - learn here)

He does have CSS, but it's not properly, U should put your CSS into a .css file and import it into ure site to make it nice n neat, just Dreamweaver puts it directly into ure html file which isn't really proper.
