Playstation mod chips legal - Court Rules

Yesterday, the High Court of Australia, which is australias highest court ruled in Stevens v Kabushiki Kaisha Sony Computer Entertainment that while making a pirate of a game is illegal, a device alowing a pirated game was not.

I know this is a PC site, but i thought itd be interesting for you...

Havent seen it in the news at all, but its a very substantial case, judgment can be found, it isnt too bad a read as far as judgments go..

you can buy chips for the mother broad for radio,systems,computers..many things these chip will work in if you have the know how and the books to work by then you have the know how. did you know a US-CB Radio 40-channels can be made into a 10 Meter Ham radio with over 3000s channels and still have the Side bands and the normal 40 channels for Cb users. you can buy it or use a 10meter radio in the US but we make/ship them out to others country's all the time.

Inside the U.S we can't use a 10 meter Ham radio at all. but other country's they can. it call pirate airwaves these area not allocated to no one at all for use in the U.S

it not the mod chip any one can buy a mod chip it the way you use them.

i use to modify CB-Radio into a 10meter radio all the time retire from it still have the books

yea it was something i did on the side work for fun and money. gold plated connector we good item to sell had lic my company was name: south Florida supp*** inc work in broward county use to get. here the funny thing i only charge USD-20.00 it mostly cover the hardware i use and a case of beer.

i close it down after 3yr running. it was something to learn and run a company learning about; state TX, sale TX, FCC TX and other paper work. to own your own company is a great way to learn. rule in tax laws and doing it all. would i run another company would yes, but i modify radio again nope, most wanted to see if it could be done.
