changing display in nile

changing display in nile..??

I have just updated Nile after the recent upgrade and now my display is all over the place, I have a little tiny window at the bottom and a massive objects bar at the top.

does anyone know how i change this back so the main screen is in the middle with the objects bar to the left or right.
