Episode 1-Pilot Synopsis:

It may help to raise support for our soldiers / raise understanding of war amongst all the Libs / people who don't get why we choose to fight ...

but if it's just for money grabbing (probaly is...) well then screw them for exploiting it durning the war. If I could see an episode I would prob. give a better decision / opinion.

The show was horrible. Not enough action for my taste. There is too much drama, just how it is in every other tv series. Also they focused too much on the bad in the war when there is so much more good going on. Another thing I noticed, they did not follow accordingly with most thigns in the war.

Just my 2 cents, well maybe more like 25 cents LOL

yeah, its not as good as I hoped it would be. They've got a racist in it, which you don't see too often in war on the same Army, which isn't putting a good name to the ARMY or armed services. Like BHJ said, they focus on the bad things in war. The start of the show, they showed the soldiers getting ready...one soldier was fighting with his wife...which is totally unrealistic. Who would fight with their wife 2 minutes before they ship out for a year.

At the end of the show a guy got his leg blow off...which is realistic but the medics were fake as shit. None of them can act. It might get better in the future...but im not too sure how much more of it I'll watch...

Racist? The Marine Corps I know wouldn't put up with that shit. I loved my Black, Hispanic and Other minority brothers and would fight with them any day. We were all green machines. Color/Race was no issue.

The type of racist that they showed in the black guy going to the other black guy, is not something other races would get to see, although it happens all the time in any work situation, it only comes out when other races are not around.

So its not wierd to me that you would think that this is not realistic, but it is.

That was the perfect depiction of black on black racism.

There is even crap between light-skinned blacks and dark skinned ones, which stems from slavery times, the lighter ones being treated better.

Correct...they are never placed in heavy warfare that was seen on the show. But they are involved in some combat, but not much.

The reason they were placed into the combat like in episode one, is because they were on a transport mission when their truck broke down. So, they were picked up by the team that you saw in show number 1.
