***BF2 Demo unlocked weapons***

just got it all sorted, here they are..

gonna go SP and try em out (SA80 yay!!)









thats all.. 6 allied weapons and 1 MEC, havnt tried the rest 2 c if theres a difference or not.. if there is i will post more

note this is safe for online i think, since the servers dont hav the option for the unlock it wont let u pick them, but SP yes..

Unlocking All Weapons

Due to popular demand, I am including this tweak. To unlock all the weapons in the game, go to your \Program Files\EA Games\Battlefield 2 Demo\python\bf2\stats directory (whether running a server or in singleplayer mode) and open the file unlocks.py with Notepad or Wordpad.

Find the line: defaultUnlocks = [0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0]

and change it to: defaultUnlocks = [1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1].

Note once again that EA Games have announced that servers which do this will be delisted for 1 week.

only if the server has unlocked them to.
M82 can shoot through the APC glass etc
but tbh there is not much difference in the guns, just personal preference as to what you like IRL.

Edit: A comment from one of my BF2 Fan Site Admins:

1. Against BF2 Demo EULA
2. Not allowed
3. If found on Server = Banned for a week

yea, so theres a load of EA people going round searching in unlocked weapon servers, they are nice weapons, but it dosent make much difference to the game, yes its about personal choice, and they dont kill easier, oh and bb, this was around since 8 hours after the demo was released

if you going to host the game i tip: add to the name bushwaker "allwpn"

it be easyer for all to see all weapons are unlocked/open to use

well, all about the personal preference i think is wrong, some weapons r better than others at accuracy, and just bcos u saw it 8 hours after the release doesnt mean that every1 else has saw it

im not trying it online, but i like the variety on single player

the G3 for special ops class is a beast my fav weapon

Sniper rifles are quite a bit difficult to use

I tried the MEC Special Forces and that gun is awesome
PS the wepons do get better. The one I used for spec ops was way more accurate then the other one.

its so snipers are used like they should used, as spotters. Not a killing machine trying to get a huge kill count. A good spotter can be a huge help to any squad
