Bloody FTP
Grrr...everytime I try uploading something to my site it says that there is an error uploading it. I have turned my firewall off and everything. Now I can't upload.

I had a free ftp prog that worked for years and one day just stopped working.

I changed to another prog and have no probs.

maybe the permissions on the folders are wrong, sometimes they just change on you.. I get that sometimes on my sever.. dunno what causes it..

are you using cuteftp 6?

the site maybe down some times the service will cut the site off then after a hour or two it be back up.

i use FTPGenius XP it a no brainer and it sweet to use, i got it from here (totally free all so)

Name: ZipGenius 6.0 Suite Edition

it does it all and more. get the suit.

it not shareware or freeware it totally free without any ads-ware bugs to it. it about 8-9mb in file size to download.

Space limit exceeded? I get that error alot with the hosting provided for me by nhq. I just delete a few files or go to do a "dump it" session. :P

I think it is a problem with my host.

It is happening in CuteFtp and SmartFTP.

I fdisked my computer and same thing.

When I try and use the file manager it says I have a virus on an image.

I am going to talk to my host.

it could have been a virus leech onto a image file it would denial host server or log-in. think i heard something to that some time all go.

you host service may have look into it and found the file and deleted and fix anything that needed to be fix.

It is a problem with a CPANEL update they did. I guess they know about it and are trying to fix it.
