by the way, the 2 red bars are images with 3px height and each pixel line is a different shade of red, and its somewhat of a beveled look, but flash makes it 1 color red... all images are jpg except for the 2 doors, they are gif and have 1 transparent pixel border because when they were jpg's, flash make the border of the door 2 px's instead of 1...

ive downloaded ur movie but am still confused on what your talking about, but to make sure your images keep their settings you might want to check your flash options and make sure the level isnt set to low

I rock? I picked up a book, but I haven't actually done anything...

Ok, here's what I see. There's the area on the left where the lower slider thing slides down and it looks off a couple pixels. From what I can tell, your images are off. I opened the movie in flash and that's all I can come up with. I suggest re-making your elements in photoshop (or whatever program you use) and try to pay extra attention to their sizes.

Flash wouldn't and doesn't resize your images, so I don't think there's anything wrong on the flash end, just your actual images.

i checked all of the sizes and everything... when the program is running, and im editing, the pixels are exactly where they should be... but when i test the movie or view the result, then some of the pixels are off... this has happened to me in some other projects too... all of the pixels are right...

got to be inside the tweening frames or something, run the slider bar manually and see where its changing inside the project if it dont show there then its got to be the images you are using or the flash settings are to low and making it look distorted but without the .fla file we really cant do much more then 'GUESS" sorry

good luck

I dont think so but if you have any transparency then I suggest using png instead of gif's cuz the quality is alot different, if you like u could just pm me the fla file if u want but I understand if you want to just keep the fla file your self.

alright here it is...
you can clearly see the problem with this...
the images are now PNG's and the problem is still there...
the section on which i am talking about is in the 3rd scene... in the first 2, there are some other pixel problems, if you can pick them out, then you can try to fix them, i dont know why its distorted like that...
anyways... i hope that you all can help...
thanks

He's talking about the area on the upper left side where the bottom slider goes down to. The FLA wouldn't open for me, but I still think it's an image problem. If it was flash warping it, it would do it to the other side, and the other side is perfect.
