Links Board...

[General Nuisance]

Yall need to add a links board for people to post there websites in that way its not all mixed in with General board...

i am under the influence that that's what the Spam and test board is for. but telling people about websites isn't spamming or testing......

and i know you have the links page on main site but you can only post 1 link and i don't think very many people look at those.....

just an idea...

We don't really have a specific board for advertising like you stated above. The reason being is that most sites posted are either graphics sites (which can be posted in the graphics section), squad sites (which can be posted in the squads & servers section), or sites that make people pay for their services (which we do not allow).

There is no real need for a links section. Thats what the NovaHQ Top50 is for.

He needs a .com, .net, .org, .us, or other top-of-the-line domain first.

if its df/jo/nl/out-of-place-but-interesting, if-we-like-it you can write up a news release and well put it up on the main page, we also have a links database on site for these sites. If your site is a persoanal site that dosent generate income for you and is suitable you can get away with a plug in the Webdesign forum by saying "What do you think of my site", if its got a decent graphics to it you can do the same in the GFX forum.

You can also promote your site a bit by using the url field in your profile and my linking to it in your sig, assuming its appropriate for underage audiences...

if its a df or jo type site you can also get a free noavhq.net subdomain, which could save you $$, http://novahq.net/?show=subdomains

remove the *** it will work ok.

what some host have is pop-up ads with porno ads these can get member banned real fast, as long as they are clean pop-up be no trouble i can see. most site get turn off when there are to many ads poping up.
