Question about team sabre...

Does anyone have a suggestion on how I gan get past the first Oil well in the Iran Gachsaran Oil Field? The thing blows up EVERY time!! I've tried everything ( about 100 times) and need some help.

Ok, that's my next 'game' to get through. It'll be next week (May 1) before I get to play it, but I'll see what happens to me. Stay tuned...

Well crap... I've gotten to that part and have so far, failed to stop the bad guys from blowing up the well head. I haven't had enough time to play and play and replay and make changes though. Guess I'll have to stick to it until I 'master' it.

Any luck electric boggie?

Just make sure you watch everywhere....surrounding area, they come from two places.

1.) remove all targets they have to go.
2.) clear all the bad guys first (kill them off)
3.) then move them good guys to the landing pad.
4.) watch out new bad guys will pop out of no were.
5.) (landing pad area use spy class) if you look out to the sea you see some more bad guys snipe them if you can. you can't walk to them.

all clear & target blown up and get the good guys to the pad walk up there you see a halo coming in to you all up.

tip; there be some Shields door close on them top side open the door kill the bad guys inside there maybe some good guys in them Shields so watchout

Ok "electric boggie", here's what I did...

Once I got to the actual well head and the bad guys were all eliminated, I headed up the side of the hill on the left and waited for the suicide guys to come charging down that draw. I got them with a rifle grenade and some shooting. Then I ran back to get a shot at the third incoming suicide vehicle, which I hit (with lots of luck!) and that was that. Then it was on to the next well head.

I was 'in the red' real bad by the time I got rid of the suicide guys and had to get some 'red-cross'. There's one up on that one structure but I had to blow up that 55 gal drum to get to it. I could climb the ladder but couldn't get past it.

By then, all the action was happening at the next well head and I got there late - but ran in shooting. What a hero!

...And as an aside here, the first time I got done with the objective (protect the fire fighters), the screen froze like it does at the end of a mission, then it put me in a Humvee and said we had to fight our way back to 'someplace' before the mission was complete. So there I was sitting in the gunners seat of some Humvee, pointing my gun out into the desert looking for 'tangos' to shoot. Once they showed their faces and I was shooting, life was good - until I died.

After that, everytime I went to re-do the mission from the last save point, it said the mission was over as soon as I'd wasted the three incoming bad guys - and we helo'd out. I haven't been able to re-create that 'end' since. Or was I accidently placed in the 'beginning' of some other mission???

oh sorry last area i found you run over the top of the hill come down, with rockets and a lot of fire power like a M60 or saw you need them. think there are 2-3 waves that will come at you, you have to kill them all, then move ahead to were they came from more will come at you, kill them any way you can. a think a halo fly in from the left area game over.
