NL's Support doing a good job!

I know this might seem like I'm butt kissing, and is contrary to what I usually write about NL, but I must say NL's support is getting better at responding to general questions.

I just wanted to thank them for being there for us when some many others have let us down.

I suppose it's nice to hear that for a change but I must admit that the guys I've spoken to at Nova, (not many I may add), have always been polite if not altogether helpful.

I personally have never asked much of them. Mr. Beer used to send me updates and such when I owned NovaGuild. I was always glad to recieve something. It was better than nothing. It is my belief that many of the immature players think NL owes them something and complain continuously. -troj

i believe the reason there doing so good is cuz they are starting to make more money thus can spend more on support , thus makes em' more popular...pretty soon they'll be getting more and more money, and eventually can get as EA games is now, but by the time they get there EA games will own the world

Thing is EA doesn't need the support as much as them because their software works

IF EA bought them out than wouldnt they be producing better games and have bettter services not to mention put EA games on the box?
