well im in Northern Ireland, and well u cant trust the politicians here... for obvious reasons..

1. they lie
2. they get involved with organisations then say they rnt..
3. they can never agree, for example it was close to the IRA been disarmed but the other parties wouldnt have it because no video/picture evidence was allowed to be took..

The only politicians you can trust are the ones that are no longer in office. The only politician that isn't lying is the one that isn't moving his lips. Nahh I take it back...you can't trust them period..

I trust my state representative to do what's right. I know him personally and have worked with him for many years. He's an honorable guy that I completely trust.

I trust my governor to do stupid things and make bad decisions, case in point, his solution of throwing more money at our school system (even though 70% of all our taxes already go to it).

I trust our congressmen and women to also do stupid things and make selfish decisions. There are a few, as individuals who are outstanding, but as a body, they're selfish and dumb.

I trust the president insomuch as his personal beliefs and that, for the most part, he tries to stick with them and do the right thing, however, I also trust that he likes to stay popular (for obvious reasons). I think that for the most part he makes the right decisions and doesn't sacrifice his beliefs too much.

Public representatives are at the mercy of the citizens. Not the other way around.
They represent us. If we don't want them, we get rid of them... . -troj

Go and say that in front of a house of representatives and they'll find every piece of dirt on you, make it public, brand you a traitor, and keep you in prison.

I can guess how it goes. "DD, you spamming freak, quit spamming my forums! And while we're talking, what's up with my computer? It says I've got a virus or something. Sincerely, W"

Am I good or what

I got a hand written letter from him too. It was along the lines of "give me money"
