Have you ever been stopped for game ratings?

I know there are some older guys here so they dont need to worry about it but have you ever been stopped at a cash register for trying to buy a game rated over your age limit(exam. Rated M for Mature 17+)?

This has only happend to me once. And that was in Toys r us. I think they are the only store that follows that game ratings. I was trying to buy RTCW for xbox and luckaly I had a friend with me and he was 17 so i had to have him buy it for me lol. All the places ive been to, Toys r us are the only ones that stop and ask for ID. no other i have ran into.
