Well www.wargamershq.com is now being rebuilt with php_nuke while i build the real site, i'm currently buidling modules for the php_nuke also. Such as the clandb, and i'm going to make a map db soon, as well as a shoutbox So if anyways, you want to become staff there please sign up and post in the forums...i'm not going to release this site to the general public over the globe, until, i get the mapdb and clandb and shoutbox totaly finished and i want to have the staff mainly built by then .... Anyways i need news posters, forum moderators, content workers, programmers, themers, sig of the week judges, tourney staff, anything u want to be really is pretty much open right now

I dont know if its a great idea to make it a PHPnuke site.
Disadvantages
- Apperantly open to hackers
- Membership system can be annoying for some users
- Elite, i know you can code your own site
- Not 100% custom webmaster (If you catch my drift)
Advantages
- Easy admin is some places
- Wide range of modules to choose from
. Why dont you just release the site as soon as its finished, insted of using phpnuke, and then getting rid of it, making everyone signing up again?
I would join the staff mate, but erm, dont like the idea of the phpnuke

it's not that hard to extract the info from the mysql databases and put it into my own ... such as:

mysql_query("SELECT * FROM nuke_users ORDER BY uid");
while($myrow=mysql_fetch_array($thatqueryabovelol) )
{
$insert=mysql_query("INSERT INTO users VALUES('$myrow[uid]','$myrow[name]','$myrow[password')");
}

basically all u need to do ...

so if u want to be in the staff that'd be great tecoma I'm planning on having the real site done in a couple weeks, i'll do the transfer, and there we go!

lol :S nothing i could do , tho i wish i could But i like PHP and am looking forward to finsihing up coding the real thing even thos the gfx won't be the best, i don't like having to wait an hour for php_nuke to go through a thousand queries lol

Tecoma...the thing is having time to actually code all the stuff and fix your own mistakes.
