Guys in case you havent heard there are some major worms going around one was found to be using a FBI Email Address coming from the fbi government which i also read in the NewsPaper!! But there are also other major worms going around!!!

it has 1 worm and 3 trojans and i cant even get it to boot up!)

did you try to get into safemod? and run your anti-virus program from there? all Anti-virus will run in safemod and remove the Virus on top of that only windows system files will bootup in safemod

Either that or he wipes/restores everything on his computer. Thats why you should make backups on stuff that you know is virus free and so on important or etc... I forgot once to backup my stuff!!!
