with the second you should only keep the right and take the text off so half the sig is just the black bg and the rest is brushed and has the circle things on it and copy it and rotate it so both sides are symetrical then put text back on

How do I center like pictures...or well the ovals on my sig??? and the tex??? to where it is perfectly in the middle???

i dont like to think so i make a new document teh same size in hight and only half the size in width and id fill teh 1 half the size with black and copy the layer to the sig and hold shift and click teh layer with the black fill and delete that and since then you have exactly half the sig selected move it to 1 side and delete everything on 1 side on all teh layers
