I have Opera, Mozilla and Internet Explorer.
OPera is pure and fast but it is so anal that upcoming designers are penalised for not having perfect code and it is swamped with adverts.
Mozilla is OK but I find IE faster.
Mozilla is supposedly more secure but it hasbeen succesfully targeted with a particularly nasty little bug recently and I would imagine if everyone started using it the hackers would start going for that instead.
I dont hold with the notion that anything that isn't microsoft is to be embraced.
When firefox matches IE for ease of use, flexibility and speed I'll probably use that more. As it is I have it to test webcode and nothing more.

IE. If it can't display the site, it's not there to display. Plus, I've been using it since it came out. Only other browsers I've used are Mosaic, and Netscape. I tried Netscape for about 2 minutes...

MAXTHON is a shell for IE.

It has tabbed browsing, pop up & ad stoppers, activeX control, mouse gestures ............. etc .

All my software that is for IE works with MAXTHON.

WEBSITE

The latest version of FIREFOX is the only version that seems to work properly with most websites and Gif's.

( Having a strange sense of "deja vu" )

Gee, after I chose Netscape as my browser, it shows that I'm the ONLY one who does. Hmmmm, wonder what THAT says...

I guess I'm just old fashioned.

I don't use their email program though. I'm also an old Eudora fan.

I don't feel 'deprived' at all. What is it that everything else does that Netscape does not do? I've got 7.1 currently.

GASP! What am I missing?
