Problem with Log on screen

I am having a problem with the log on screen for online play. When I click on join game the whole screen is vertical lines I cant make out anything. I tried to update drivers for my video card and thats not it. What else can I try??

Possibly a problem with either your graphics card and/or your monitor.

starting point would be to adjust your game video settings down a bit if u havent already......

then, like Steve says post your system specs, CPU, Graphics card, etc etc

would direct x 9 cause a problem....and i cant get a screen shot ive tried....weird

I would have to say this is most likely a monitor or driver problem. Unless you're monitor is like ten years old or you just spilled pepsi all over it, you probably need new drivers.

I heard of someone who had fonts overlapping each other, and it turns out he had two of the same windows fonts or something installed. It's wierd - had nothing to do with BHD I will try to find some info for ya
