OK I am going to be buying me a computer soon. I want to know which computer is the best for gaming and everything else (i guess a good comptuer all around)? And if you know of one thats good and cheap I would like that too...

Custom build one or buy a computer specialized for gaming. Alienware is a good brand if you don't want to build one. I guess. :\

build a computer...get what you want and no BS the companies use to steal your money...

i priced my new rig on a few companies and they wanted anywhere from $2500 to $3200 for a rig i built for under $1000 using ebay to purchase parts...

why take out a loan to build a computer?


if you want help i can send you in the direction of the retailers i used off ebay...great shipping, cheap, and brand new parts...did a lil research then went out and bought what i needed from reliable scources

Builiding it hard?
I was thinkin bout gettin a dell gaming PC or Alienware. But Im gunna do someresearch to see If I cant find a computer for pretty cheap...Cuz iunno bout the whole builing thing :\

alienwear if u want a good pc and dont wanto build it. be prepered to spend a pritty penny though. Best of building a PC

if you go with a company like dell, gateway, or alienware you will spend at least double what it would cost you to build it yourself

its very easy...if you can install a sound card you can build a PC

LMAO Dont know how to do that, but I did find a site my friend usin to buy his computer...umm cant really remember the site tho lol...Ill get it then Ill give yall the site to check out and tell me if its any good...

i'm looking at custom building...i'm sry but i H8 dells....alien ware i've never tried but i have looked at myself but i'm custom building... anyways dells always crash and for a 6,000.00 dell you could instead custom your own comp for about 1,000.00 lol how crappy dell is

or you can spend 6 grand on an alienware or biuld the exacvt same thing for 500 bucks...all youre doing is paying for the name

why buy the Jaguar when the Hyundai runs better

You can build a computer in like an hour and a half....just takes a bit to install XP.

They are ok but don't get any computer with less than 512 mb's of ram....I'd get an AMD 64 3400+

Yea I have a 512 right now (on my family PC) and its slow as hell when I do stuff because we have an antivirus runnin and a firewall (norton and zone alarm), which my sources tell me use up 256 mb's each which is the whole thing...

Hmm it is norton that is causing it. Norton is a POS and should die. You should not even nead norton with Zone Alarm on your computer. That is unless you are downloading crap from P2P sites. Someone told me for every program you run norton takes like 20mb's of memory or something like that. People pay so much for this program and it is just not worth it.

I didnt get it tell my parents LOL. But it hs protected us from many viruses, cuz it shows a lil popup whenever it blocks a virus...

Yes So does Zone Alarm....I have been running ZA for 2-3 years and I have not had 1 virus on my system the entire time I was running it.
