cheat ? yes or no

iv been playing escalation for a while but lately iv been seeing some strrange things, i just want to know if its just lag, or their cheating.

one is this

also got some more

and this was wierd, i saw him carry it around, just walking around with it, but as soon as he saw me looking at him, he left.

pretty confusing
