First off Im an American. One who belives strongly in the doctrons of this country, even if most of our elected officals dont..Seeing the resolts of the election I belive Im of a dying breed. The 1/2 truths and out right lies from ABC, NBC,SEE BS, and FOX, plus the brain washing our schools are handing out will soon destroy this country. Ive seen a draft dodging, drug runner, murder hold, not one but two terms as president, and while he was president sold every thing we had to China, weaponary included. Ive seen the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and the eighth amendment to are bill of rights ripped apart while everyone did nothing to stop it. Ive watch the 14% of the people ban God from our schools. Ive seen murders walk free while someone with a DUI gets five years in prison. Spank your child for a wrong have them taken away. If your child who was never spanked does a crime, not he but his parents go to jail. City police are not there to protect and serve but to harrass and control. We have a vidio on every cornner and every half mile on our freeways, watching.We have everything we own, house, cars, bank accounts stolden from us in the name of the law.No one cares until its their turn, and then their screams go on deaf ears.I would like to have said wake up before its to late but to late has come and gone.

I agreed with you more ways then you can believe.

United States America know how to **** on their own people but good:
1.) News agency sell air time for ads they say anything to get people to their network more they get to watch their network the more money they get ads to run on their network, they really don't care if it the truth or not they are to sell so-call info any way they can. "right on the money guy"
2.) Crime is really a joke now days, now days they going after the low end of it and going blind on the safety of the people.
3.) maybe you don't know this but in many countries the parents will go to jail for their children crime they did. not uncommon.
4.) God aways had a hand in this great country USA, funny thing is my grand father had it in his schools, i had it my schools now days they taken it away for the children's of tomorrow.
5.) Police dept really don't care about crime why you ask would you put your life on a line for some one you don't even know? no so why should they. but believe me if there a cook off out door they be there asap.
6.) Police now days are no better then the Mop was in the old days, they can steal away from family income and their cars,home,bank account only if there some one who broken the law they make family homeless in a heart beat without any feeling what they do.
7.) let not fore get the gay right movement ether, a marriage between a man and women is right they can make a baby, by god if them man & man can make a baby let them get marry too same with them women too. if they can make a baby i say get lost a marriage is a holy thing and making a baby inside the family. i think gay marriages should be banned by the law. its a joke and gone to far now.
8.) let not for get this one ether: propriety taxes own to the county if it not pay for even if its USD-300.00 it will be sold off and what left over they keep and the family loss every thing to boot and still have to pay the bank on it even when it not in their hands no more.
9.) SSI is now in 3rd world country hand who are handing it all. old days we were told no not give away you SSI numbers out to others gee the SSI and some states are making letting it lose on your and my info on SSI why you ask cheap-o are trying to save money by selling us out.

funny in the 60s they say tomorrow land will be better for us only its not so. cost of living is going up and law has more right to make family's homeless without care what they do. the government is making the USA less a super power.

soon there will be a stock market crash the likes no one seen many will lose their job and homes without any one caring about it at all. the police force can kiss off at that point why they be gone too no income no job for them too.

personnel think the law maker and the police dept need to get their heads out of their rear-end, you have to make it better for all not worst for all. like given a helping hand when it needed and not making life badder for all. there is a price to pay sooner or later you get it in the end. soon you will have no right ether then what will you do?

Well hmm What can I say, exept I think it is a bit over the top.
With the smoking ban, I would like to know what we get from breathing in the fumes from peoples cars, Bikes ect, Should we ban that too? As there are more deadly chemicles that come from them.

Smoking aint the only cause of cancer so are they going to ban other things that cause it?

They say about Smoking costs the NHS so much, But when the No Smokin ban comes in More people will goto pubs making more people drink, Then NHS costs will go up, Due to people with liver disease and other drink problems.

I Am a smoker but I hardly ever go anywhere, So it will not effect me too much.

I Feel sorry for my Kids and what type of place they are going to have to live in.

If I ever win the lottery I am going to buy a small Island, And spend the rest on supplies, Seeds,Animals ect and be self sufficiant in all aspects, It will be Bye Bye Civilisation, Hello Salvation.

Sadly I still smoke Systemkaos but I think Sal makes so good points about this. Cars polute and I drive one of those is that going to have a large health warning put on the side? Trucks, vans, you name it they all pollute the air we breath and have been proved to increase the incidents of lung and chest infections, are we to ban them?

This government is interfering in our freedom of choice to live our lives the way we see fit and it wasn't elected to do that but to represent the people of the U.K.

We have rising crime, more job losses, more drug abuse and the trendy metropolitan, (London), elite sneeringly tells us what to eat, what to drink and almost trys to tell us what to think while all these real problems are going on around us!

If we've reached a stage any where in the western world where ZZA's joke about "assasination squads and jet copters" can be taken as a serious threat then I think paranoia has taken over the world!

I for one am sick and tired of being dictated to by people who think their better than me and you only get to see these people, and that's all political parties, when they want your vote and they promise you the earth and then as always fail to deliver on all their promises and instead do what THEY think is right and sod our point of view!

Let's elect some monkeys next time for they surely can't make a biiger mess than these "professional" politicians!

We have strict laws when it comes to doing electrical installations and such. You can do some minor things though. And frankly i think thats a very good thing. If its small things, then i do see your point!

You forget that Clinton put China in permanent most favored nation status almost immediately after he got elected.

America is turning more and more toward socialism. Just look at the "big issues" such as government healthcare. All I hear is "look at Canada, they take care of their people. Look at Norway, they take care of their people. We're the richest nation, we should be able to take care of our people". Yeah, well, where does the money for state run healthcare come from? From my pocket and yours. I would take my insurance over Canuckian insurance any day. I pay a whole lot less for it, and I get better care.

Furthermore, people can get free healthcare if they need it. I don't know if any of you have ever been poor, but I have. I have had needs and gone to the emergency room and didn't pay a dime. Never once have I been turned away.

The problem with America is we are greedy and lazy. We want something for nothing, and our middle class wants the "rich" to pay for it all. We want our government to take care of us, do everything for us. We send our children to public schools that teach our kids that being gay is ok, promiscuous sex is ok, yet nothing about history or literature or math. What we end up with are dumb kids that are "sexually confused" and can't do jack in the real world except have sex and make more dumb kids.

On top of that, we eat up everything the media throws at us. Right now we have TV shows making all the husbands and dads look like idiots, but the gay men are intelligent and likeable. We have our news service telling us all the horrible things that are going on in Iraq, but we never hear about the good things.

What really really blows my top are people who don't know anything about this country, its history, what it was built on, but insist on complaining about it- and even worse, they don't vote.

For those that want something done about their country, I suggest the Constitution. It's quite short, and the beginning is all you need.

"We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"

That means our government's power comes from you, and if you don't like how it's run, you have a right to voice your opinion.


On the topic of police, I'm fed up. The police in my town are dickheads. They think just because they're wearing a gun they can be rude to me. Guess what pal? I can wear a gun too. They're never there to help out when you need them, but they'll make sure to nail you for some minor thing.

Our sheriff is worse. I got stopped recently for doing something that was quite legal. I sat at a stoplight for 5 minutes while the other lights went through 3 revolutions of red and green. I made 3 legal moves, and he stopped me. He didn't listen to what I said, and put in the officer's comments box something I didn't say. That dip**** might cost me $175, just for doing what I did. It was the freaking middle of the night and no one was around, so it's not like I put anyone in danger. Anyway, I'm taking my lawyer to court with me so hopefully we can get this crap taken care of. If I win, I'm going to lodge a complaint against him for his misquotation and representation of me.

What I want to know is where was this guy a few hours earlier when I almost got hit by some kid that rolled the stopsign- doing 45.

These guys need to remember that we're the ones that pay their checks, both the cops and our legislators.

That's a very good post Dr Bullet and again in many ways it seems the U.K. is reflecting what's happening in the U.S. both in terms of government and the same sort of thing in the media.

It seems that on British television being gay is cool and any one who says anything different is automatically a "bigot" even though their point of view may be valid and based on their own christian values.

I some times think the people who use the word bigot are in danger of becoming that which they shout against so loudly.

Of course governments have to run our nations but we are all capable of making our own minds up about how we live our lives and providing we don't harm or interfere with others, we should be alowed to do so with out "nanny" state telling us what to eat, drink, smoke and worst of all what to think!
