The headers of each section doesn't match the rest of the board. And the top of the board doesn't match the rest of the board. Fix those and you'll be set

That looks good...If I get one of those is it easy to change around the colors, pics, etc like you did?

With those you need a mySQL database to update and upload the files. There are about 18 files that you need to edit in order for them to work with changing colors. PHPBB is nothing like Proboards. PHPBB takes coding skills.
