How do u get those diagonal scan lines on a sig?

make a new 2px by 2px project and then grab a 1 px black brush and put one dot in the top left corner and then one dot in the lower right corner and then click edit>define pattern and viola now its a pattern and you can make a layer and put a pattern overlay on it and make it the diagonal pattern, hope that helps

and if u want u can do the opposite corners and make the lines go the other way
