It's not illegal don't you people watch the news? Netherlands, US, and Canada Supreme Courts all ruled that Kazaa was LEGAL and the reason for that is the companies suing Kazaa ILLEGALLY downloaded a COPYRIGHTED premium version of kazaa to gather evidence for their case.

The judges and boards all agreed and voted the same saying "if you can do it, so can they".

The case is now in Australia and it going on the same route. That is why Napster is suppose to be filing bankruptcy. Since Kazaa was declared legal Napster is going broke charging $.99 a song.

Bryce
Maya
3DS Max
PS7
Cinema
PSP7
Flash 5

If the software was at a reasonable price then I would consider paying for it. I have a shelf of 65 some games I bought, mainly because downloading games from the net leads to missing files etc, then again they were all 50$ or less.

P.S. I bought my Kazaa for $29.99

Kazaa might be legal but thats about it. All programs that you can gete there still are protected by the diverse copyright laws and so on.
Its like ripping DVD's in Holland = It IS legal to make a copy when theres no copy control on the DVD, but as soon as there is a bit of protection and you need to use 3rd party progs to copy it , then it becomes illegal to do so.
And Kazaa is clogged with viruses and stuff, use BIT Torrent. Works better.

my thoughts on it.
