Bomb alert in shopping centre!!!!

Yesterday I went to our local shopping mall and after 15 minutes of having a look around the game store I was shocked to hear that the entire centre/mall would have to be evacuated due to a suspected bomb/package!

A sad reflection of the times we live in I think!

Luckily it turned out to be a false alarm but for a moment or two I did imagine the worst!

Where abouts was that at m8?

Im used to bomb alerts on roads ect. and round peoples homes to do with political things, ect happens every week here, never heard of it been in such a public place :S

Had that happen to my school when i was about 7, was a psyco who bomb thretened that school 5 times, they never did find anything, luckely. Was scary to go in there after the police had searched with bomb dogs, i was only 7 so it might be an explenation. He never did plant anything there though.

There used to be bomb alerts all the time surley?
Dont tell me Tony and his Cronies have managed to hype up terror alerts so much that we all believe we are victim virgins.

We were not told if there was in fact a bomb but the situation was quite scary for some and as I've said it seems to be a growing part of our lives sadly.
