NILE problems and Novalogic!

OK I have been first to bemoan Novalogic everytime I get stuck with something and I wasn't impressed with how long it took to present us with the NILE product.

When I was struggling with porting a map of mine to TKOTH mode though (it kept crashing JO to desktop), I posted at Novaworld to see if anyone esle had been having a problem.
Its a tough forum to get an answer on because it is so busy that you can literally find your post 5 pages back from the front within hours of posting.

However today I logged in to be presented with a private message from the guy that wrote NILE giving me an e-mail address I could send my map to so that he could personaly fix it.

Now I am sorry but thats service you dont even get at Tesco.
15 out of 10 to Nova for that one and all previous complaints retracted!
