how do you make a high tech border or w/e with ps7??

one way is to make a solid layer of colour, then use the poligonal lasso tool (check spelling on that one), then select an area and press delete.

Polygonal lasso tool and yeah just like that or just make a selection with it and then select>inverse and fill it with color

personally i do a boarder and add to it, i guess it's just whatever u feel like at the time

when i make borders like this:



i fill a layer, cut some out with polygonnal lasoo, then ass blending options, then duplicate layer, then change colour a bit, then cut some more out
