Video editing

I dont no where exacply to put this so forgive me if i make a mistake. Ok I am looking for an experienced Video editor than can edit UT2K4 videos. This is for a friend of mine. I can do it but i dont think he trusts me lol. THis is what he tells me what he wants. he wants someone to be able to sorta fast forward through the parts that he is walking in and slow down on the parts that he kills someone. He wants to combine like 5 diff. videos or somthing like that. He is converting all the videos and other stuff. I come here b/c i remeber in the past about ppl making videos and posting them here. Ok if anyone can help post below

use windows movie maker.
not the best but u can do that in a few minutes.
getting someone else to do it would be a real pain as the file sizes would be ridiculously large compressed but stupidly large if it has just been captured.

Yes, only efficient way would be to send them it on CD or DVD. Not to mention it is very unlikely that anyone would do it for free because it would be time consuming

they make rubber m16s that i know about u can get them at gun shows for about $50-$75
