Smile NEW MAP PROJECT FOR DELTA FORCE BLACK HAWK DOWN

I'm now working on a project that i hope will go big, i'm making a set of coop maps.
Heres what ideas ppl have cum up with:
  • A dock
  • A city
  • A village
  • A cave

Heres what we have made so far:
  • WARS AND ROSES A ( a dock)
  • WARS AND ROSES B (a dock with more bad guys)
  • MODERN WARFARE A (being made)(a cave)
I'll update you on when MODERN WARFARE A & B are done.

Post UPDATE

WAR AND ROSES has had its first test, and things didn't look good for it, lots of glitches,and stuff which did not look out for a dock, it is know based on a river.

Black Hawk down map editing help

why not have a radio tower/dock takedown map
for bhd, example you start on a little bird but it has to land for engine trouble, you have 3 teammates with you, they follow you everywhere, you land on a dock but a few seconds after you land the little bird explodes leaving you with no way to get back, your only hope is to clear the radio station and radio for help, the event should look like this,
Backup needed: If Group 2 all destroyed and Group 4 all intact redirect ssn xx to waypoint 1:0
in english if all the hostiles in the building are clear then the backup can come in but keep your team alive,

on map editing can anyone tell me: 1, how do i get the team to follow me, 2 how do i get the room takedown to work, i cannot find the takedown marker anywhere and 3, tell me where the ai can be changed to special state so i can attach delta units to humvees and squadmates to little birds, if anyone helps me i can map edit that much better, please help

Thats a very good idea for the maps, but em... not for COOP, it'll be a good story line for single player

And your questions are very good questions, i'll find out for ya

now an idea for a multiplayer, that's a good 1
why not try and use the stadium for a zone by the sea?
i suggest using dvd4.trn and have it's water level at 65,
then place the stadium by the sea, have the dock in the sea, have the players start on platforms in the sea, then add a bit of abience to the air, ie sounds, use a serene fog colour over an orange sky, to do this use the environment tool you can download from this cool site,
use as many trees as you can for appearance

that would be cool, oh and call the map Seaside combat

now i figured out how to get the team to follow me all i need now is to learn 2 things,

1.i want to use the team mate command toggle to use room takedown how do i do that and,
2. attaching npc's ie delta units/ranger units to little birds and humvees, i know how to attach them to humvees but attaching them to little birds i need to do,

in the manual it says the ai has to be set at special state but i do not see special state anywhere in the ai attributes nor do i see it in the change ai file,
where is it?
if anyone can tell me how they will get a co operative map with those enabled skills, but i would like to know mostly how to get the music to play in the background,

when i know all of that and the map is complete i will send a copy to each and every one person who helped me as a thank you for your assistance
