Blue Screen Of Death

can sombody help me with this problem, somtimes when i go to enter a game server my computer will just crash with a blue screen, telling me to check my hard ware if any new hardware was installed or drivers im using NVIDIA geforce4 MX 440 SE, so i went to the NVIDIA site downloaded the drives rebooted, went to run the game and it said "dfhd.exe has encounted a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost please tell microsoft about this problem we have created an error report that you can send to us. We will treat this report as confidential and anonmous. To see what data this error report contains, Click here" i been getting this error for the last week and the only way i seem to be able to fix it is to format i tryed uninstalling the game then reinstalling it, doesnt let me run it when i format it will work then do the blue screen and start over again if sombody can help me with this i will be much great full

what is the error code on the BSOD?

its alot of numbers and letters like example: #100000#fff0000 somthing like that im using XP home
