no they dont have telephone support but you have to remember that they are still a small company they do have online live support and they are fast on all replies

They dont have phone support - i wouldnt buy from them no matter what they had.

Chances are if my server on there company goes down, there tech support on there website is down as well.

Phones are always there unless something happens (storm, earth quake... some freak accident of nature)...

well thats your opinion but they are a very good company and they have many clients who cares if they dont have phone support and just so you know their website is on a totaly different server than the rest of the client servers.
